This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment and delivery of any physical goods, including but not limited to training manuals, printed certifications, kits, and other course-related materials ("Products") sold or distributed by Kore Training Inc. (“Kore Training,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“you,” “your”) within Canada.
By placing an order through our website, over the phone, or by email, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Shipping Territory
Kore Training currently ships Products to Canadian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing prior to order confirmation.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of purchase, excluding statutory holidays and weekends. Processing time may be extended during periods of high volume, inclement weather, or logistical delays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a business day may be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
We use reputable national carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx. The following shipping options may be made available at checkout or invoicing:

Shipping costs will be disclosed at checkout or during invoice issuance. Free standard shipping may be offered on purchases exceeding a specified order value (before tax), which will be clearly indicated on the Kore Training website or quotation.
5. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Title to and risk of loss for Products pass to the customer upon Kore Training’s delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Kore Training is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier or by factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges for address corrections or returned shipments may apply.
6. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking status and ensure availability to receive the shipment.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not been received within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact Kore Training at info@kore-training.com.
In the case of damaged goods, photographic evidence and notification must be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery. Replacements or refunds will be issued solely at Kore Training’s discretion.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve from the carrier may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Kore Training is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such returns.
9. Modifications
Kore Training reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
