This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses, services, and physical products (“Offerings”) purchased from Kore Training Inc. (“Kore Training”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering for any course or purchasing materials from us, you (“Client”, “Student”, or “you”) agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Training Course Refunds
Clients may cancel their course registration by providing written notice to info@kore-training.com.
Proof of timing (e.g., email timestamp) may be required to validate refund eligibility.
Refund eligibility is based on the notice period provided before the course start date:

7 or more full calendar days before course start: 100% refund (minus $25 administrative fee)
This clarifies that a refund isn’t available on day 7, only before it.
3–6 calendar days50% refund
Less than 72 hours or No-Show No refund
2. Online/Blended Course Refunds
Participants enrolled in Blended Training must complete the online learning module prior to the scheduled in-person session.
If the online portion is not complete:

Participants may still attend the in-person component

However, certification cards will be withheld until the full course is completed as per WSIB and program requirements
3. Physical Product Refunds
Refunds for physical products (e.g., manuals, kits, or mailed materials) may be issued under the following conditions:

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Refunds will be processed upon inspection of returned items.
Items not eligible for return:

Digital downloads
-
Customized or special-order materials
-
Products showing signs of use or damage
-
Refunds for online or blended courses are not available once access codes or logins have been issued, regardless of course completion status.

If a technical issue prevents access and is deemed to be the fault of Kore Training or its vendors, credit may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds for any course or product where a login, access code, or training module has been accessed are not eligible for refund.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable:

Administrative processing fees
-
Shipping charges
-
Certification cards (once issued)
-
Fees paid to third-party course hosts or facilities
5. Group/Corporate Training
Group bookings or corporate sessions are subject to the terms outlined in a signed service agreement between Kore Training and the organization.
In the absence of a written agreement, the refund structure in Section 1 applies, except:

Group bookings may be rescheduled once without penalty if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance

Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable
6. Request Procedure
To request a refund, submit:

Reason for refund
Submit to info@kore-training.com with subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name]
Kore Training will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
7. Discretion and Exceptions
Kore Training reserves the right to grant or deny refunds outside this policy in exceptional or extenuating circumstances. Decisions will be made fairly and in accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
8. Modifications
This policy may be amended at any time. The most recent version will always be available at www.kore-training.com. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
